Café Babel
CaféBabel represents Vinyl 2010's 2008/9 Essay Competition senior media partner. Café Babel is an online current EU and world affairs community aimed at youth and participatory journalism across the EU. It boasts 300,000 web visitors per month, 35,000 newsletter subscribers and approximately 5000 member profiles in 6 languages. As this year's competition Senior Media Partner, Café Babel offers a unique EU-wide platform on which young people can express their views on today's important political, socio-economic and cultural issues.
Aberystwyth University

Involving about 210,000 members from 59 organisations in 37 countries, LYMEC's central aim is the creation of a liberal and federal Europe.
