Halosep

Supported by Vinyl 2010, the Halosep-Watech process aims to investigate the treatment of flue gas residues arising from municipal solid waste incinerators so as to make it possible to recover the energy contained in end-of-life PVC in a environmentally responsible and sustainable way. The objective of the trials is the recovery and recycling of chlorides and heavy metals contained in the solid fraction derived from the neutralisation of gaseous effluents closing or minimising disposal options.
