EPCOAT - the EuPC PVC Coated Fabrics Sector Group - started in 2002 with a market study to look into contributing to the recycling targets of Vinyl 2010 with the collection of data and planned test projects in Germany and France.  This work continued in 2004 with a number of further studies.
