In May, Vinyl 2010 participated for the fifth year at the Partnership Fair of the UN CSD-18 organised by UN in New York. This year Vinyl 2010 had a 3-hours interactive presentation on: “How do you drive a whole industrial sector towards sustainability? - 10-years of Sustainable Development: vision, approach, lessons learnt and achievements”. During the session the new video-animation on the results of Vinyl 2010 and the Sustainable Thinking Platform were presented, receiving a very positive feed-back from participants.

Since 1997, IdentiPlast, the international plastics recycling & recovery conference, has established itself as a Centre of Excellence where showcase studies of “Best Practices” in end-of-life plastics are exchanged between all relevant stakeholders.
In 2010, IdentiPlast will set its sails towards London to, once more,
gather leading international experts to cover a wide range of topics
related to the collection, sorting, identification, recovery and
recycling of end-of-life plastics. The event will take place at the
Cavendish Conference Centre in London 9-10 November 2010.
